Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through the enquiry form.
What we collect
When you submit the “Plan My Trip” form we collect the information you enter: what you are planning, destination, approximate dates, group size, budget indication, your message, and your name together with a phone number and/or email address. We also record the date and time of your enquiry and a reference number.
Why we collect it
Only to prepare and discuss your travel or event proposal, to contact you about your enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your details.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is seen by the Kay-din consultant handling it. Where a proposal requires it, we may share the minimum necessary details with suppliers (for example an airline, hotel or park) in order to quote or book on your behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing kaydintravel@gmail.com or calling +254 114 838969.
